No 2022 classic sd limited edition

So I've been waiting for victorinox to say what the theme for this years limited edition classic was going to be, and to open up the  Submission process To creators. But it says on sak Wiki that this year they're not doing it... anybody know why?  I mean they've been doing it for years and it seems to be hugely successful.

Vic seem to have changed their strategy on limited editions. Looks as if they ditched quite a lot of LE lines recently (Swiss Spirit, Damast, Yearly Classics) to concentrate more on Alox collectibles at this point in time. Only time will tell if this is just a phase or a general change in strategy.

Correction: Looks as if the Swiss Spirit series lives on
