Extending a Challenge

When I went to apply for the 30 Day Stack Badge for the Contest of Champions, I noticed that there's also a 60 day version. If I want to go for the 60, would it be better to continue in that topic, or start a new one? Also, the Champion is listed under the 30 day challenge, but not 60, not sure if this is intentional.

Either thread is fine, just do what works for you.
Having your own thread for days 31 - 60 might be fun.
Wasn't around when that stack 60 happened so unsure of any possible reasons but I'll go ahead and add champion to the description.

Generally the rules are more or less left to whomever starts the challenge, but in the end they are supposed to be fun.   Being strict about rules and uber nitpicky about things is generally not considered to be fun, as there are enough rules and rigidity in daily life that one must adhere to, so relax and have fun with it.   :D
