Thick cut fried bologna sandwich, with fixings. Old Timer 51OT sliced the bologna, sliced the cheese, spread the mayo and applied the spicy slaw. The 51OT's wide blade and lack of a nail nick make it more well-suited for such duty than the LB7, 7OT etc.
