Pictures when finished!  :tu:

I did add the package opener from the W/S/R series to my knifeless Rebar; it did required for me to modify the nail nick a bit (so that the tool closes completely with parallel handles) and to touch up the inner lip of the lock stop ( but since the Bond has no lock, I'd guess it's not needed). Can take a picture if needed.

Edit- almost forgot; also had to make a "divot" where it rests on the lock tab pivot.

If it's the same as the package opener from the Rev, then it fits the pivot, but sits in the tool funny.

Yes, it is the same as the one in the Rev.

This is a true Knifeless Rebar (but it's almost the exact same chassis/handle as the Bond's so, ought to work...) to which I replaced the large washer/spacer found next to the inner handle, for a Rev package opener. I traced the divot from the file, marked the area which was above the handle, and went to work with my Dremel 395. Then touched up the nail nick, added a drop of blue Loktite and reassemble.

Because I now work full time in a hospital (this the reason for me not participating in challenges now ), these has become my main EDC, which has worked very well opening packages, bags or boxes; adjusting wheelchairs, assembling and/or adapting equipment. My substitute kit consists of my Bladeless MP AND, a Leatherman Removable Bit Driver Kit with assorted blades.

Really nice. Does the hospital you work at have a knifeless policy? I worked in electrical construction and I always had a knife on me, even in hospitals. Either way it's a great set up. Unfortunately there aren't many good options for bladeless multi tools.

Thanks Poncho, Demel.  :hatsoff:

Yes, I'm an occupational therapist at a rehab. hospital fulltime now, and it does has a no-knife (guns, weapons, etc.) policy implemented. My way around it when I'll need a knife blade is to bring the MP, to which I adapted a plain and a serrated blades to work with the exchanger and store them in a separate pouch.

Sadly you're right for full size tools, as only the Rebar and MP600 are like that; Powerlocks can be easily customized, only requiring the buying of the alternate tool (scissors, v-cutter, wire gauge/stripper, socket adapter). Or, customized an existing tools. :dunno:

I'd guess that there isn't much of a market for them, other that hospital/school/federal employees who work outside the maintenance department.

Hamilton Pioneer, Knifeless Bond and Executive today. Really solid combo. Loving the knifeless Bond variant.

Thanks, I am too. It provides a lot of utility in a compact package. Pairs well with just about any victorinox too.
