Was gonna post my carry today in my hand but it ended up being 103 F here and a got a bit to hot :facepalm: So here is an older pic instead :whistle: :cheers: I am starting to feel some better now and took a couple salt potassium pills and ahould.be all good later :salute:

Heat stroke is no fun at all.  I usually have a dill pickle or drink some pickle juice/brine to replace those salts and electrolytes. It's what sports teams used to do before sports drinks were invented, and unlike the sports drinks there's no sugar.  Hope you feel better soon.

Re-purposes a hook. Used the ST 300 and a hammer to shape it into a bicycle chain retainer to de-tension the chain when removing and installing chains. And got to use my new tool .

Was drinking plenty of water but after vacation I haven't gotten use to the High temps we are having here yet :facepalm:

Hopefully (if it is like what I usually do) then tomorrow will be a much more tolerable day for me :cheers:

Thanks guys :hatsoff: I went to bed early last night and ended up sleeping for 12 hours  :ahhh I never sleep much more than 6 hours usually so that is a pretty big thing for me :facepalm: I am still sore from the leg cramps but I did end up drinking some pickle juice  :drool: and it seemed to help tremendously  :woohoo:

I usually do fine with the temps at work but the weather people said that it hasn't been this hot and humid since 2012 here :ahhh we are showing several more days in a row of similar heat, so hopefully I will be able to handle it better now :salute:

Day 23

Patched up my kid’s favorite ball with the help of the ST 300. Used the knife to cut off a bicycle tube patch and used the file to roughen up the area before applying vulcanizing cement and the patch. Hopefully it will hold up

Patched up my kid’s favorite ball with the help of the ST 300. Used the knife to cut off a bicycle tube patch and used the file to roughen up the area before applying vulcanizing cement and the patch. Hopefully it will hold up
