Sounds like a good day Powernoodle :tu:  I'm off to help my son move and then drive his '89 Volvo home.  I wish the A.C. worked

Day 16: Used the can opener to scrape duct tape from the siding of our house.  We used it to cover a hole until we could get a proper patch kit.

DAY 16  My wife asked for help with a knot in her shoelaces, so I grabbed my Spartan.  Then she said, "Don't cut the laces!"  I told her to watch as I used the corkscrew to pull the knot apart.

Nothing on the agenda, today, except to help move my daughters stuff to her new rental.
Perhaps there'll be some use there.

Don’t worry, you can do a lot better in the world of frozen chicken nuggets. But my kids like these for dinosaur reasons.

Day 16: Opened up Matchbox 2022 Mix C, which I'd preordered back in April, and it was supposed to arrive in early May. It was delayed twice, and finally shipped about a week ago and showed up today.

I also opened up the caps on my chainsaw to make sure the bar/chain oil and fuel were both full before I whacked back some old bushes that were kind of hiding a snake area.

The red, white, and blue Bronco is a "Super Chase" the Matchbox equivalent of a Hot Wheels  Treasure Hunt. Has a bit more detail and rubber tires also. I have heard one per case, yet I've also heard randomly inserted in some cases. Not sure what the deal is, but I'm glad to have it, and I paid less for all 24 cars in the standard retail case than I did for the Super Chase and the 4-5 I wanted.

Day 16 (cont.)

I didn’t get any pictures but I used the main blade on my Tourist to open a package containing some pants I ordered.

I also used the flathead end of the bottle opener to pop the latch on my old shed. The mechanism gets stuck and I really ought to replace the whole knob.

Day 23

Used the cap lifter to open a Coke for a buddy. Now he wants his own knife, so I'll probably dig something out of my stash next time I see him.

Day 16

No use today, so the Spartan posed with a friend. I believe the friend is a .30-06.

Open a Coke for a buddy, and you helped a friend today.  Give a buddy his own SAK, and you've helped him for life.  :tu:
