Day 5

Huntsman on cigar duty…
Enjoy.

Day 5

Do I need to label what day it is in my posts? This is my first challenge. I haven’t done it the last four days, and I can’t seem to edit the old posts now.

Anyway, I’m cutting kindling for tonight’s fire pit.

(Image removed from quote.)
You’re good.

The Farmer X does work nicely for kindling.

Day 6

No use so far but in my pocket if needed

(Image removed from quote.)
Cool pic.

SteveP - Day 5

A quiet Sunday here. The most use the Explorer got was cutting up the plastic rings for an 8-pack of Coke.
Good use.

Day 5:

I switched to my red Explorer yesterday because it was a hard-work day: I disassembled, replaced the blades, and reassembled a Champion Plus. The Explorer's large driver did some prying, but only so that I could say that I used the Explorer.

DAY 6  It's sunny this morning, so I charged up the glow in the dark disc on my Explorer.  Nerdy, I know, but I love GITD stuff. :D

Same. There have been a few times when I was really happy to have a GITD element on a flashlight or tool.  Just easier to find gently glowing thing in a tent in the middle of the night when ya need to answer the call of nature.

Day 12

Used the small blade to open more blades! And then realized my wife got the wrong ones. I didn't love the Fusion last time I tried it (when Gillette sent me a freebie in the mail) but I may use them up since we already paid for them... DAY 06

Not much action today as I was a bit busy with work. I did however use my Huntsman to cube some cheese and split a muffin for my lunch.

But I have no action shots today, only an at rest shot.

Used the small blade on my work Explorer to cut open some boxes. (Sorry, no pics.)

Used the scissors on my restored Explorer to open the envelope containing my new lanyards.

Day 6
Used the needle (in place of straight pin) on the Mtn Yeoman to pop a blister.  The combo tool pried open a plastic container and the knife cut a chicken sandwich.

When I first heard the word “vegemite”, I assumed it was some sort of dynamite substitute that the British developed from vegetables in WWII to conserve strategic resources. I was disappointed to learn that it’s just food.
