This looks like the perfect multitool for me...

Looks like the SOG Powerplay. I believe it was discontinued.

It looks like the Powerplay, but the Powerplay doesn't have scissors.

That's the SOG Powergrab. SOG has one too many tools with POWER in the name I guess.

Try closing the tool and unlocking a tool with 1 hand.
You'll see why this was discontinued.

I own one though, because why not. I love oddballs.

I love my powerplay, and this PowerGrab appears to use the same tools as a big SO. Meaning I could replace the file with a wire stripper and otherwise customize it to my heart's content.  Unlike the powerassist line, the Power Grab and Power Play have more tools on the OHO side. It seems a complete waste of space to remove these from the Power-whatever tools.
