Day 07:

Ranger opened up a heavy rubber mat to use under Tiglet's playpen. She's been doing really well with her house-training, but Mrs Nix wants to set her up for success.

Needed to remove a splinter. This Ranger doesn't come with a tweezer option...*** sigh ***...so the tweezers on the key chain got pressed into service.

I hope the plug holds for you.  At least you were able to do something other than being stuck somewhere with a flat.

Oh my!  You need to be careful on wet roadways with that tire.

I understand the repair shop’s position. If they patched and another issued occurred they could liable.

Glad you plugged it, and hope it holds that close to the side wall.

Be careful !
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Buck El Morro? Can't wait to put mine through the paces next month. Haven't really used it at all, and I've had it over a year.

Day 7:

Opened printer ink--only to find the printer messed up on the update and got corrupted. I uninstalled every bit of the Epson printer's software, and am hoping a clean install will allow it to update the firmware properly.

If I have only had this printer, and the software exactly for that model from the Epson website--how is it "not for the printer connected to the PC"?

"Tear here." Since these things don't tear very well, I used the 112 to open it.

Day 8 of 30

I put the Slim Select aside, (still within reach😉) and, selected a traditional Ranger for carry today.
 I must not have oiled the sheath completely, tarnished on only one side deep inside…  [ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

After wiping down and a polishing

It is now presentable👍

That tarnish is normal. It comes from the belt loop stitching inside the sheath LC.

Yes, I know!  But I condition the sheaths with mineral oil and work into the leather upside and inside.   After doing since the brass tarnishes at a slower rate.  I may not of treated the lower inside front of the sheath adequately.  That was the only bolster to tarnish🤪

The three other knifes had no tarnish.

Yup, my Oak tarnished after being in the sheath for a while. Guess I should get it out more often.     :D
