Actually it's just a rebadged redi-edge sharpener... It's supposed to have some BM-proprietary ceramic blades, but I wouldn't hold my breath...

My buddy's got a Carbee-Sharp sharpener http://www.carbee-sharp.com/ and I've gotta get one, too. Can ride your keychain and seems to be pretty well made. Blade magazine did a review on it and gave it kudos.
I almost always wear a leather belt. If I really felt the need I'd strop it on the back of that. I can't say I've ever needed to though.
