Day 11

Not much work for me and the Wave today. I checked out a job and picked up some material:

Day 13

Just some "glamour pics" today, and they are mainly for Grand_Banana.

This is an awesome multitool next to my custom Fender P Bass.  This bass with my Ampeg SVT Classic and 8 x 10 cabinet produced an unbeatable tone 😍
(Image removed from quote.)

This is my Wave next to my Gibson Ripper.  I used to keep this tuned down to B, E, A,D.
(Image removed from quote.)

This is a very handy multitool next to my Tobias Growler.  I mainly used this when I wanted to use a 24-fret bass.
(Image removed from quote.)

Somewhere in storage I also have a fretless P Bass and a Guild Starfire.

I gave up playing after I got married because gigging just ate up WAY too many hours.  I thought I would keep playing casually, just for fun, but I ended up just quitting completely.  Now my basses are just wall art - mementoes of a big time during my youth.

I’m sorry everyone else, but this is my favorite Wave pic so far… unless someone has a late ‘40s model Chevy 3104 that’ll be a close second!

My favourite use of any multitool; opening another multitool.
Mine, too, but I don't think that'll happen this month.

I’m sorry everyone else, but this is my favorite Wave pic so far… unless someone has a late ‘40s model Chevy 3104 that’ll be a close second!
That wouldn't be me...but I did get a photo.of my Wave in a model of a Jeep FC-150.

Waiting on a Zoom meeting in the office with Charlie Brown.

Great photos from awl, as usual! :tu:

Day 13

I was told some kitchen gadgets would be arriving in the mail today. I brought up an enormous box jam-packed with them (and some dog clothes). Of course, the Wave did the opening.

Day 12

Today is the official start for the North Carolina State Fair, and the wife and I are taking the grandkids to it this afternoon. Which means I'll be going toolless this afternoon

Anyway, since our state fair has been held in October for as long as I remember, I associate it with the fall season. Which inspired my Wave pic:

Some of you Most of you here take some professional-quality tool photos.  Many of the pictures in this thread could be used as Leatherman catalog pics  :like:

:iagree: catalog worthy photos. It’s crazy that probably all of us are taking pictures like these on a cell phone. Certainly Willie’s photos are on a Nikon something or other $4K camera (I know nothing about photography).

Day 14 of 30

My money is not spent on cameras, rather more multitools. I couldn’t pass up a good deal on a first gen wave. It’s a bit scratched here and there, but cleaned up quite well. Both handles 0799. The sheath is in pretty good condition. It won’t be a a heavy user, but I’m not going to safe queen it either.

Paired with the waiter today for that eyeglass screwdriver.

Day 10

I used the Wave+ multiple times today, but have no pics. Instead, here is one of the Wave+ with a catepillar. I think it was trying to intimidate me so that it could steal my MT  :ahhh

(Image removed from quote.)

Speaking of pics, I missed this one the other day. Great photo! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that species caterpillar before.

Day 14

I'm assisting with the removal of several wall-mounted displays today.  The heavy work is being done by someone else with heavy duty screwdriver, and I'm assisting with my Wave  :tu:
