Fiancée?  I hope you revealed your multitool obsession... now is the best time  ;)
You are right! Every time she asks for help and I pull out one of my multitools, I emphasize how important these tools are. I cannot think of any other way to get this battery out, if it wasn't for Leatherman she would definitely have had to walk to work today. :ahhh

We have been together for 9 years and got engaged a couple of years ago after a traffic accident. The wedding was postponed due to covid though, I feel like I've been saying fiancée for ages. But yeah, she knows all of my bad sides, including MTO

Day 18

I rarely use the "eyeglass bit driver" on eyeglasses... I find it much more useful on small IT/electronic devices.   :tu:

Wave OG is missing an awl...
So is the second generation...

Here’s everything laid out...
You're well-prepared for the task at hand! :tu:

I rarely work on such things. A #0 Phillips is usually the smallest I need.

Day 18

Some paracord was brought out today. The Pioneer was used to cut a piece in half, and I evaluated the ability of both of the Wave's blades. (Both did very well.) Later I discovered that the Pioneer needs some touching up. :ahhh

Great photos today. Fall is a great season for a Wave challenge. I think we’re all here at least in the northern hemisphere?

Day 19 of 30

VVintage Wave and Wenger Wednesday! Recently acquired a Cyclist in fair (B) condition for a really great price.  Probably not a user outside the knife blade. I wanted one of these a long time ago but never justified the purchase having dedicated cycling tools. Now that I’m collecting, it’s justified.

A great way to show that packages were opened! :tu: But what the heck is a brew cork?

I don't use paracord on my knives or tools, but I find paracord tying very interesting. One of these days I need to learn how.
I've been planning on making a knot tying video. Meantime, I can steer you toward a couple of good YouTube channels if you'd like.

You had something great to add! :tu:

Is that a TV remote control, or one that looks similar but is specific to your signage?

Also, what else I am carrying :D
Great carry! :like:

I'm not an expert on digital signage, but they're essentially just monitors that are designed to stay on 24/7 with some specialized software for connecting to servers and displaying content (MP4s, PPTs, etc).  None of ours have a TV tuner, but I suppose they could be used that way too.

My Silky terrier, Snickers, doesn't like her picture taken. Most of the time when I try to do it, she moves and is blurred in the image.

Yeah, you can use a dedicated tuner to receive TV signals and output the video to the monitor.

I have Czech heritage, but I don't speak a word of Czech  :(   I was wondering if you could solve a mystery for me... my grandma used to make a dish she called "shoonky flecky".  I am hoping that you might recognize that horrible phonetic spelling of a Czech word.

We are not Czech, but my wife has made this before. Probably other Eastern European versions brought from the old country? It’s quite delicious. Now you just have to cut the bacon with your Wave since we’re in challenge, Rich.
