  Thats what happened last time too.  Y'all are generous.

Those are some good ones to have kept.
:agree:  The generosity here is awesome.  What started as a small effort that was suppose to deplete as it went has grown twice.  First time it was split and Aloha set a box down under to share the wealth.  Now, it has grown again.

My treasures I found were
[ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]
A DEFIANT 2xAAA Flashlight
Victorinox Climber Camo
And a 10 year MTo poker chip.

It was enjoyable to sort it out, unpack, double check the packing material to make certain awl was revealed.  Fun

Sorry, I forgot, awl packing material was kept too!  No more room in the box, I must be a poor packer
Score!

If I understood from reading the history, the box started as a FLAT RATE BOX with USPS.

That box may have not survived the travels. The box I received from FarmerX and assume the same carton from Poncho was a brown cardboard box about 6x6x10?

Just fits inside a standard mailbox.

An idea, if it grows to much, it could split to two boxes and follow a 2nd distribution channel.   Ex:  Box ONE and BOX TWO

If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

The original box sent was a flat rate small box.  By the time it made a few trips it was TWO boxes but only one was a small flat rate one  :D

I split the contents best I could and sent one to Paul.  Page one of this thread has a link.  They were making good progress then it stalled with SeaMonster.  I just bumped that thread thank you.

As for what to do as the box grows?  If there aren't any objections I'd suggest let it grow  :dunno:.  Certainly everyone has a say as the cost does become more.

Small flat rate box is just under $10.  Don't know how much its costing to send in its current state

Really just goes show how flipping generous everyone is.  When I got the original BOXES they were so stuffed .  Admittedly when I sent it it was also bulging.  I left a few things out that I wanted to send too.

So happy to see Sos generosity explode with each new recipient.

For those reading, sign up and get in line.  Don't be shy.  Add your name to the list

As an FYI, my postage to SteveC was 13.75 for 4lb 3oz.

And, I had to forgo including two items that were new in packaging. Afterthought, was I should have cut free from clamshell🙄

I cut all Davids new items free IIRC .  Not a bad thing for those who plan to include new items.

Man that box got CHUBBY .  You guys are fun.  Sherry, see what they're doing?  The box will never empty, ever.  :ahhh

This is great.

Thoughts?

If we do, it maybe wise to ship to a Member near the border who could transport it across and then POST it onward.

Mail from US to Canada May require extra forms and inspection.

I have not done, but have read of issues.

Still a good idea.

Valid points.  Guess we'll see what others think/feel.  If they are good sending in its current chubbiness all the better.   It was a good idea tho.

I'm just so happy to see it on the move.

Well I bumped the Aussies and they might all have a second go around with their box.   :D

Put you name in again Poncho.  Why the heck not.  Maybe your daughter will also see more she likes.

Crossing the border can be a real pain. From what I've heard, one is a lot less likely to run into trouble with "weapons" at a rural border crossing. I can only imagine that I'd be subjected to scrutiny at Windsor, ON...after I sat in traffic for three hours.

That said, I'd be cool with sending some of that stuff off to Canada.

Lets see how much this box grows once we hit the last person in line.  Maybe then if we have no other takers like what happened when it got to me first time around a Canadian box can be considered.

It's twice as big as a flat rate priority box. I'll probably only keep one or two items, add a couple and send it on to colt.  There are a few small boxes that could be left out in order to fit a few more items in it or it could be split.

I'll probably send it out tomorrow or Saturday.  :tu:

A day early :woohoo:

When I checked on it Wednesday afternoon, it was in Indy, likely waiting for a flight👍

After, I sent the box, I thought I should have removed a couple items from their cartons, but I wanted the receiver to know they were new!

Enjoy

Makes sense.  I'd suggest removing things from new packaging when appropriate.  Maybe add a note saying its a new item?

I sure had to free a lot from packing.  I love how this box is growing

Good to see my tape is still holding the box together

I actually took everything off that I could and taped it up with the clear tape to strengthen it :D

Glad it made it, Steve :woohoo: :like:

Pill holder???  I wondered what that was!

Did you also pull the light diffuser for the flash light? (The white plastic thing)

I thought about keeping the flashlight and the hammer. It's awlways good to have a flashlight that can run on regular ol' alkaline batteries!
