Nice haul!  One of my favourite Moras is the Black survival which has attached ferro rod and sharpening stone, and I do think this attachment is surely a nice change.

That accessory fits on so well. I'm very happy they had it in stock. They've got a lot of interesting things. I saw the Mora Garberg with the ferro rod holder included for a good price. Kinda trying to resist ordering it. ::)

I always wonder how people keep their alox scales scratch free when showing them off in various forums. Some look like new out of the box...
I'll explain below how I do that.

Day 24
No real use but the ATK kept me company.
:like:

Day 25
Black coffee to go with my black Huntsman.
Black coffee...the only way to go! :tu:

A great day of photos, y'awl! Hard to believe just five days remain...

Day 25

Since Shuya asked how some Alox SAKs stay so clean, here's how I do it. I carry them in a dedicated pocket...the SAK, and only the SAK, goes in that pocket. Sometimes I'll put them in the sheath shown, which I use as a slip.

Needless to say, no use today.

I keep seeing those scales and wishing that color was available in a Pioneer X.

Day 26

Less of a use and more of an experiment. I remember reading years ago that banana peels could be used as a wood polish. I tried it with the Opinel, but since it's still pretty fresh, results were inconclusive.

As a bonus, have the survival activity I did today. If anyone plays along, I'll post the answer key in a day or two (although it's pretty easy to find on Google if you're impatient.)

Nothing wrong with that one at awl! :tu: I just prefer to keep stuff I buy new looking that way as long as possible.

I'll give that a try sometime.

I too use a slip to carry my Alox too, no doubt it will prolong all the anodisation, but it too will be worn out eventually.  Such is the fate of all things Alox, sigh.

Day 26 make up

I kept on thinking I made the post yesterday, but the food coma probably got me all confused. Spirit MX helped cut loose the tape wrapping around the sushi box.
