From the sublimeness  of Steve's new Waynorth to the "rough-as-a-badger's-posterior" that is the Whitby Lambsfoot.   :D (clearly not a Lambsfoot, more of a Wharncliffe)

It's pivot pin, bolsters and cover ends are basically unfinished.  It's wood is bone dry.  The shaping that has been done to the covers is crude.  The pivot was so grunged up and hard to open it was actually pretty dangerous.  If you put it down on it's spine it visibly leans over by more than a couple of degrees.  No idea where this was made.

The blade is sharp enough.  With an oil the pull is strong but not impossible.  There aren't significant gaps in the liners.  The blade is mostly centred.  We'll see how it keeps an edge.  For less money than an Opinel I actually quite like it.  ;)
