Busy day in the office, undertaking cartographic analysis to work out environmental benefits to some projects.

Sooo the No7 vs the new kid on the block....the Lionsteel Thrill in M390. I must admit the Thrill has the edge (excuse the pun), over the No7 in C70 carbon steel, in most areas....and is UK legal carry.

But the old lady in the No7 has proven herself over the sassy new vixen....

No, as I reported, the pivot tang appears to be a very thin thicker, preventing the utensil to slide into the tang.

It should, even the kits box states it FITS A No8 blade.  But not my Garden No8, the tolerance is just to tight and the blade does not rest flat into the handle.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Prep day (after morning ballet of course), for my 7 year olds birthday party tomorrow...the No8 with help from my quite unusual Laguiole frog knife...it has a ball slip lock.

Thanks! Yeah this is the 3rd or 4th thing I have made so far. This is by far my favorite, being directly on the belt means you don’t even notice it and its always handy.
