Got a Leatherman ST 300 EOD for my birthday and I wanted to add some other more useful (IMO) tools to it. At first I wanted to add a bit holder but then I found out that Leatherman makes an adapter for the Philips that’s on the tool. I ordered one and hopefully it works good, otherwise I’ll have to change up my tools on this again.
Anyway pictures below, I lost a few of the flat heads and added in the regular ST300 file the SOG wire strippers (I had to cut the tab down some to make it fit a choice I now regret I may order another one and try to bend it the other way.) a pair of Leatherman scissors (although they do lock the can be pushed out of lock with some pressure) I then moved the T-shank holder to the other side.
The only trick is that the wire strippers need to be left open just a touch so the plier head can push them the the side when you close the tool. The T-shank blade does the same on the other side. But it’s not much of a problem and hasn’t been a issue… so far. I may tear it apart again to move the lanyard loop over but I’m going to use it like this for a while and see how it goes.
