I'll be over in the Spirits challenge, but I always enjoy watching the Minichamp challenges. So many fun uses people find for a little knife.

I’ll be doing the Spirit challenge but will be following along. I missed the MC challenge last year it looks fun. I don’t know if I could get away with just a MC for a whole month this is quite the challenge.

Follow participants,

Just to be sure because I didn't take part in a challenge for a while: the goal is to get through the whole month with nothing but the Minichamp, right? No carrying around any other multitools "just in case" and simply posting a Minichamp picture every day? My impression is that some of the recent challenges have been rather lenient in this regard, but at least for me that exclusivity is the whole point of a challenge. Are all participants in agreement on this point?

The "rules" are (in my experience) fairly flexible: post a pic every day. If people miss a day, I've never seen any guff about makeups. I think this is for two reasons:

1. To accommodate people who need to carry (or not carry) tools for work/safety/legal reasons.
2. This whole thing is mostly for fun, not a serious challenge.

I will say I get the best experience when I stick with carrying and trying to use the challenge tool exclusively. There is usually a 58 or 74mm SAK on my keychains (simply because I don't feel like swapping it on and off for challenges), but I try not to fall back on it unless necessary.

For me, November means big game season. I have already field dressed a whitetail buck with a Case Peanut just for the heck of it. I don't plan on doing it with a MiniChamp (maybe I will 🤔). So it won't be an exclusive use but I will use it for everything that I possibly can. I'm looking forward to it.

I'm getting ready for the November to Remember challenge again this year.
Made a paracord neck lanyard out of type 95 cord which took me way too long to braid but I'm happy with the results.
Should carry a MiniChamp with ease.
Addicted to sharp pointy things.
