I ran out of packages  :dunno:

The three I demonstrated with did not have just tape, reinforced, and glue sealed envelopes (tamper resistant)

Ah... pitty  :P

Sorry Darryl I can't help you with that one but someone will be able to hear soon.

Day 5: Used the can opener to pull a nail out of a piece of trim.

Nice one Barry  :2tu:

Day 5

Operation lid removal, success!  :salute:
I am going to try to use each tool during this challenge as suggested by the OP in post #1.  So far I've used the plain edge blade and pliers.

Not in this one (it's one of my least favourite MTs) just showing some support  :salute:
Here's my OHT posing with the contents of a stocking for Mrs Surge  :twak: on the eve of the Befana (which she will enjoy tomorrow morning whilst I'm slaving away at work  ::))

So you're not slaving at home? Lucky you !

Hello Awl
I am now home from the wee bit extended road trip and now have both hands on the OHT.
I will resume normal service and catch up my posting if ok with the team.

Day 3 pic is the OHT ready for action.

Nice pic !
I love how the weather is on yours LC!

Snow to arrive Saturday, Sunday and much more on Tuesday.

I believe DAVID is west of me, and he report more winter weather in his area.

I normally trade places between the mower and snow blower around  end of November , but it has been so mild this entire fall  period.

No complaints from me,  but today I am NOW READY👍
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Day 5

Lots of people complain about the short length of the blade, but I think it's starting to grow on me  :tu:

Day 6

Shh! Don’t let my kids know🙄

Morning walk this morning, it was snowing and lovely, except pavement areas  that were wet froze icey.   But, I was ready, sort of!   Two walking sticks, and a weighty Multitool on each side for Ballast😉

Snow so far has only accumulated maybe a 1/2”.

But, it was pleasant, air was still, icy snow falling like pellets, yet no cars and DARK GREY clouds in the sky. The crisp cool air felt good to breath in😜

No pictures, 😵‍💫 left phone/camera on kitchen table🙄

A   Barnaminium  picture set in the snow.

Day 6

Used the serrated blade to open a box today.
Inside was some Tung Oil to use on some wood handled fixed blades.
Rest in peace ColoSwiss, you will always be remembered.

Mine is still the same length. What am I doing wrong?   :dunno:

Anyhow, I quite like it as is. Even it's pointyness  :tu:

I do not recall this topic surfaced on the last challenge  and this afternoon the thought surfaced again.

Is there a date code stamped on the OHT.

I inspected my tool with a flashlight with no success.

Anyone else know any details???

I have not heard of anyone using Tung Oil in ages!

I am certain the results will be fantastic, you need to share before and after pics and a narrative!

Have fun, suspect ventilation is suggested when using.
