Same here!

Ice under the snow, lock the wheels and 50mph winds will blow you right off the road.

Do not envy my friends in law enforcement patrolling the roads in Weather like this 🥺

Prayers
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Bless you LC.  I'm lucky in that I'm actually off tonight.  It's a bad night for anyone out on the road...

Day 13: Cutting open some snacks with the serrated blade.  I love Leatherman blades!  They're so sharp and durable.

Day 13

Another day in the mystery of how and why do screws/nuts in my house all slowly unscrew themselves...

My daughter was walking by one of our dining room chairs and noticed a nut, washer, and lock washer on the floor below it.  I whip out my trusty OHT and make the quick repair...

While I have the chair on it's side to put the nut back on, I notice this...

:iagree:  very nice view!   Heck with the fence, nature took care of mine a couple years ago🤪

Day 13

Plans changed, unable to access alarm sensor that requires new battery🙄. Maybe tomorrow!

The OHT’s large blade was used on a few pan handle screws before dishwasher activated.

So, a glamour shot, without a fence😏 just a few hills!

If anyone ever asks. I would say it is rustic. Tell them you paid extra to have it look that way.

Hello again.
I am , as usual it seems a day late.
This is my day 12 pic.
SWAMBO wants some pictures up on the wall so some package opening was required.
Bit funny how they  moan about the purchase of another MT  but then it is about 30 minutes later " please fix this or sort that " and never any comment on handy the MT was in completing said task.

Hello
Back up to speed on day 13.
Repairs to the sun umbrella that has been in the basement for a few months.
The timber had split previously and been repaired previously but it needed more work today.

I did buy some Jasmine plants.  So I am hoping they will grow and cover it eventually.

Day 14: Out for a walk.

Nice, thought about doing the same, but thought better.
-4 F, -20 F wind chill, gusty winds to 40mph and ice is polished unusually  smooth.
Old bones and ice not good combo🙄

Day 14
Instead…. No walk,  enjoyed first cup (mug) of coffee and tackled the pile of year end statements and notices that filled my mail box in December. 😒

My bank merging, notices of IRA and 401K plans accessibly limits due to upgrades, welcomes for renewing Medicare Advantage and etc etc etc.

Some envelopes were not open, so the OHT PE blade did the duty,  ( tried the SE blade, to much effort😉).

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Piles sorted, now for 2nd mug of coffee and settle in for updating 2024 calendar, and make to accomplish list for week…  oh my, a birthday card to mail, that one sneaked up, well txt to let know it will arrive late but on the way, MLK mail delay☺️

Another beautiful picture Stitchy.

Question for my curiosity😁

Is this ocean coastline!?  Low tide, and if so where on your island?

I must share,!Scotland, Ireland and England plus Norway and Iceland are bucket list places to visit, it is just I am sure my days to accomplish are becoming fewer😵‍💫. So must get a planning,  (note renew passport)
