Day 22:
Got packed and loaded the Suburban and drove the 3.5 hours to my in-laws for a few days. Then we will go to my parents for a few days. Only use was cutting open some mucinex because I feel like garbage. Whatever bug the kids and I have had has been a doozy.

There wasn't much use for the Executive today. Peeled an orange for my son and just used the nail file to fix a shock on his new R/C truck. Got a little too wild jumping it off the couch.

The small blade has gotten a workout today. First it opened presents. Later on, I did some impromptu whittling in the backyard in the glorious Houston sunshine after a week of gray skies.

Playing catch up due to busy time with family.  We did our gift exchange with my inlaws yesterday, and they always get me a big pack of cinnamon bears. Between me and the kids, we have eaten most of them already.

Day 26:
Had our Christmas with my family today. My Executive opened many toy boxes, strips of tape, zipties, opened envelopes, and used the tip of the nail file to open a few small Philips screw battery compartments for a couple of R/C cars. Earned it's keep today. I'm about to go clean tape residue off of the blade and run it through my Victorinox sharpener to touch up the blade.

No uses today; I took a day trip to Austin to see family there. None of the gifts we exchanged required Executive assistance to open. Too bad, since I used my Lansky guided angle sharpener to put a really keen edge on the small blade.

Day 27:
Not much today. Just relaxed and visited with family. Took this picture earlier in the day, but I just used my Executive to fix my neices pooping puppy toy. Got one of its bones stuck and dug it out with the nail file and a pair of needle nose pliers.
