Lisa, that Multiplier of yours has me looking now too That's in incredible condition and the box looks brand new 😍. Long ago, I used to sell Gerber Gear in the days of the Mark I and II, and the first Multipliers. Those were the equivalent of the Spyderco's and the Benchmade in those days. If only I had a time machine
Absolutely! Great to have you Vicman!
I used to have a Mark I, a Mark II, a Command I, Command II. and an original Bob Loveless Gerber Guardian. Those were cool knives. I also had one of the early Multipliers too. I should have kept ll of them.If you find that time machine I'm in too!
Excellent! Howdy everyone! I will start with this one, but I have others. [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]

You have first dibs Vicman!
My contender for the month, a Black Oxide carbide cutter version that I picked up earlier this year. I assembled a kit around a Center Drive sheath I have. I have a feeling that this is just the beginning of a Gerber Collection
That was very generous of you Lisa. I have been humbled by the kindness of this community so many times and yet I can still be surprised. There's no doubt in my mind that MTO is where the finest people on the interwebs congregate.
A Stainless finish... very nice!!
Very nice start TexasAKM!
Day 1Good Morning, Today I and for the foreseeable week or so I will be carrying my bladeless MP600 that I swapped the pliers for the Blunt Nose version. Like Barry the sheath is from a Center Drive as well as the bit kit. The bit driver is an old Apex version I have had for twenty years or so. The bit extension is from Milwaukee.
I've been wanting to pick up a blunt nose. I can think of a number of good uses for them and I think it would be easier to find a sheath. Are they shorter when they're closed?
Barry, they are 1/4” shorter when retracted into the handles. One of the benefits is that if you are using a nylon sheath, the blunt nose is less likely to tear the bottom out over time.
