Small removable pens for 58mm?

I dont mean newer Victorinox Retractable Pens, those i have fouded everywhere but not Removable.
Is there any good replacement for these pens, i have one on my Minichamp and i havent able to find any replacement pens for it ( i dont wanna buy whole SAK just for a pen) since those are pressurisized pens i would think modding one for SwissCard or 91mm series doesnt work and i kinda want pressurisized pen for it and not normal pen refill or im i out of luck for that part?

The quality of these ballpoint pens is surprisingly good, even if they are not used for two or three years, they write immediately when you need them.

Not those ones sadly. Here is picture where that pen is. I havent use so its still good (tested and it works) but i like to have spare ones just in case.

That might be sadly true. I may need to find way to mod somekind pen for future (just in case)

Well size of them is allmost same, i might try mod those ones to fit, mostly how to lock those in place (how to make right plastic fitting and should it be reusable)

These are the removable pens for the 58 mm form factor. They were used in the Signature (I), the Golfer and early versions of the Caddy as well - like yours - in the early versions of the MiniChamp.

They are notoriously hard to get, because the change to retractable pens happened around 1999, and most stock has been dried out in the last 24 years... 

I see two possibilities. When the pen is empty, use the grey plastic thingie with one of the newer, retractable pens. Some tinkering is needed here, but it might work...   Or you or a member with 3D printer could create a new  plastic thingie for use with the newer pens. Even different colors are possible. Good luck!
