DAY 24

An extended early shift today (prisoner minding  ::))

Just a curried "Chicken Ding" for dinner followed by a couple of cold ones and bed

The DF pierced the film cover before cooking  ;)

I like the tiny print that says it is two servings.  That is one serving in Powernoodleworld.

Day 26

Field master and Armbar Trade for today's activities. I'm ready for the Opinel challenge next month, it's sad when I have 5 of them and don't carry them.

Powernoodle Day 27

Center Drive helped me emancipate a Rocktol Surge clone from Amazon.  The Rocktol is 60% of the Surge quality at 28% of the Surge's price.  Somehow it seems like I made money on the deal.

Day 25 Saturday

We had a hectic weekend. Trying to get caught back up. Started the day with a long walk around Phantom and Larsen Lake. In total about 5 miles. Then spent time assembling my son’s bed with the help of my wife. He got his first new bed and he is excited with have no handy down furniture going into his room.

Thanks Barry, It was a long weekend with putting together IKEA furniture. There are pros and cons to it, but he chose this to go with his walls and trim. Only managed to have two marriage encounters with the wife. We were both pretty tired from our weekend by the end of Sunday night.

Day 27 Monday

This weekend I picked up a Bucket Boss Mug Boss. It is more a novelty item, but I thought it might be useful. I just quickly threw in some items that were buried in my desk drawer. I find that  items that go into the drawer quickly get forgotten. On the outside, I have got a pen, Exacto knife, small scissors, OPINEL no. 8, a Leatherman Bond, and three open pockets. On the inside, I got a pencil sharpener, 6” stainless steel ruler, and a sheath for the OPINEL. I have three open pockets on the inside. I know I need to add a pencil and sharpie.

DAY 26

Got back from work today and there was some filming going on at an office block opposite my place.

They do a fair bit of it at this place but I've yet to see it on the TV

Here's the DF observing the action (or lack of it) You can see the lighting rig in the second pic'

Thanks Surge!  Yes, very well used.  It was here when we purchased the house a dozen years ago and who knows how old.  It's solid for sure!
