Some people seem to have an aversion to having a can opener on their SAKs in 2024. Apparently because we have pull tabs for all cans these days. I do not understand this reasoning, because it is such a versatile and multi-purpose tool.I particularly like it as a thin and light pry tool (like you showed above @Spatha), a makeshift hook, or a scraper with the circular edge. Not to mention as a 2D Philips driver or actual can opener. I still find scenarios where I have to cut open an “old skool” can, or where the modern pull tab broke off. It is one of my favourite tools to be honest.

Day 2 (how are some of y’all on Day 3 already?):
Those Canadian scales look really cool!
You convinced me. I'd love to sign up if it's not already too late.
This new file seems very aggressive to me, but perhaps I just need to get used to it. At the moment I still prefer the old style.

Marlowe, do I see mangetout trimmings there, or some other pea or bean? Mangetout are one of my favourite veggies
Snow peas this time! I’m afraid I don’t know what a mangetout is…
DAY 4 !!!!
