Here is an interestingly compact outdoor eating multi-tool from Outdoor Edge.

There is a liner locking mechanism that locks the tool fully open.

A can opener, a bottle opener, a flathead driver, a spoon with cutting surface, and fork in a fairly compact formfactor. This just might be my new favorite outdoor eating tool.
