Yup, definitively a gentleman's gear.

What's that on your wallet?

Thanks. That's an inexpensive shackle key + bottle opener. I re-finished it's tip so it's now a pry-bar/scraper as well. Also added side grooves for improved grip.

Cheers.

Love that Leatherman pouch babola, much nicer than the nylon ones :tu:
There he goes. One of God's own prototypes. A high-powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die.

Nautical-stores. Just checked and there are two shops locally that sell similar looking ones (without the after-marked improvements).
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

Yup, spot on. There's the "original" French one which could set you back up to $20 depending on the source, which is crazy. Don't even look at that Ti version (stamped Titan).

On the other hand, there are non-branded ones like mine which not only are cheaper (around $3.50) but provide much better platform for aftermarket modding as they come with wider tip that can be modded into a pry bar/scraper. The French one is too pointy at the tip for this mod.

Hope this helps.

I do love the pocket watch! I have a gold plated one for formal attire, and a cheapo stainless one that doen't get much use - might need to see if I can bring it into more frequent use somehow

I hear ya, I gotta have a blade, whether it be on a multitool, SAK, or just knife, I gotta have something that cuts! Without it I feel as if I have no pants on, same with a watch, but that's like having no shirt, manageable cause I should have someone around that can tell time, lol. JR

You are right tthat the Ruby scales on the Vic fit the Red Skele very well!

No you only need a Jelly red G-Shock to go with it...  ;)

(One I did a while ago)

I´ll see to it that you can dress the Vic´s smaller brotehr in Ruby, too.
