I used to have those sand or bead filled latex ones, they were great but exploded because I have a very strong grip, and then one day I was at a tag sale and found something I fell in love with, a squeeze ball that won’t explode!

Hey man those look great. I use silly puddy. Works surprisingly well. I also have a few other forearm and grip gadgets. Unfortunately I went a little overboard and developed some serious tendon problems and had to take a break. But grip strength is extremely important and overlooked.

I was a bowler, I needed good strength and just kept working it, yet after so much I was done, now it’s the freaking arthritis,

It always is dude. I'm in my 40s so pain is a faithful companion these days. When it rains or it's cold the knees, hands, collar bone and shoulders feel it. But we have to stay active. Its beats being a couch commando.
