That's a very nice fountain pen up there Heywood.  I'm forced to carry a Pilot Prera as I'm not know for being gentle on my stuff.  Can't risk hurting the nice one the wife got my for an anniversary present several years ago.

Thanks AC. I have too many FPs for one lifetime which spoils me for choice. I'm really just a custodian for them and hopefully others can enjoy them in due course. In any event, my experience is the enjoyment and efficiency of writing with a fountain pen especially when not just jotting depends on many qualities. A strong sentimental significance is certainly one of them. Sounds like you're very fortunate to have such a considerate and tasteful wife!

My stuff is affordable but practical. LM, Fenix and lighter are in jacket pockets, for the near permanent darkness and cold that is Finland in January.

Here's the things I carry when I'm not at work. I carry everything but the G43 when I am at work, though. I also have a Patagonia messenger bag that is full of gear and essentials that go everywhere with me as well. Now that we're firmly in the new year I got around to evaluating my EDC gear once again.  Not surprised that I haven't dropped anything last year and actually only added the mini adjustable wrench and the titanium toothpick.  The rest of the gear;  Victorinox MiniChamp and GeeKey continue to be daily users.
For anyone pointing out my lack of a flashlight,  it's on my key ring.

In this panoramic pic on the far left in line with the peak you can see the wooden post from earlier edc pic of BM Ritter Grip / FW3T (&Cu) Flashlight / Vostok Amphibian watch. edc pic was across from nine to three o'clock at the post or essentially standing on the left of the post and looking right. Hope that makes sense.
