Day 3

I don't own any dogs for today's pic, so I am using a random internet pic of a black lab, my pet when I was in high school.

Under the pic is my most-used Buck, a 303 Cadet. 🥰  To the right of my Buck is a cheap multitool I picked up for under $20, a Ruike 6 in 1.  Except for the scissors, the quality is about the same as a SAK.   :tu:

Cute, yes that is smile 😀.

Her eyes are indicating a sly almost  😈 intention.

Keep an eye on your tool, it could disappear!
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Oh, now I do love the SeaHorse whittler and that's a purdy one.   Making anything special?

Wonderful pet photos, y'awl! :2tu: I know Mrs. FX would have enjoyed them, too.

Day 3

This was the best Beijing would allow. I think she's scared that the irritating flash will fire off when I point the phone at her.

I hope everyone is enjoying Dog Day as much as I am.  I got re-computered yesterday.  I found that I had quite a few files on flash drives as back-up.  No SAK files however.  There are fewer dogs out there in the MTO community than I previously thought.  I kept hounds for years.  Everyone living close by had dogs.  Now I rarely see a dog.  A few neighbors have little dogs that stay inside.
Happy July 4th everyone.  Don't forget the Day 5 challenge.  Specifics are in an earlier post (in red type).  Best wishes.  Gary

day 3:

a very new addition to my EDC - the Crankbrothers M19. my son loves to ride on his bike and since apparently quick release levers are a mystery to some manufacturers of kids' bikes, this covers more than everything. also a pretty easy way of having hex wrenches that are rarely needed for my job, but when they are there isn't a way to get around it

Day 2

Late I'm afraid, thanks to work computers blocking MTo Forum.
But here's my Tinker D having a bash yesterday at repairing the 12v Hella socket in the boot of my new car:

I gotta say that I'm a big fan of the PowerPint.

I have read your thoughts about the Power Pint and thought it may be a good first MT for my grandson. However, he has been so engrossed in video games that he had no interest in it when I tried to give it and a red Cadet to him for his birthday. So it now is part of my EDC until he shows interest in tools again  :dunno:

Thes 2 dog shaped objects won't stay put for a decent photo.
However, the cat was more than happy to stay put and let me get a matted knot out of her fur using the Trekker's sawblade as a shed brush.

I like the look of those Ruikes. It's one of those things that sits on my wishlist in the hopes that the price will drop, but I haven't actually grabbed it yet.

Day 3. For lack of a dog I had to use my imagination. So the first one I've named "pigments of imagination". Yes, I know, it is an otter and not a dog. Forgive my imagination  :drink:

Otter... also known as a Water Dog. That counts!

Day 3 addendum

I forgot the dog photo.
Ours are no longer with us, having each departed in 2022, but here you'll see Bailey, Conor and Molly - Black Lab, Welsh Sheepdog and Border Collie respectively.

Day Three

Went with the classic PST and my Spyderco Dragonfly 2 today. PST feels ultralight on the belt. The Phillips is hands down the best vs my Wave.

Here is Little Elaine Benes aka Lanie. Found her up at work in 2019 or 2020 as a pup. Added her to the family.

Here is Roscoe. Wife found him in the middle of the road at night. Added him to the family March of this year. He's in the clumsy medium dog stages right now.

Day 3:
Don't currently have a dog, but here is my good ole boy Jaeger. He's been gone for a couple of years now.

As for my gear now, I played with my Boxer Knives Nubby Bushboxer, shepherd sling, and a Victorinox Camper today. Carried it all in a Tuff Possum General Purpose pouch
