I think it's an Old Timer but I'm not up on Traditional American slippers, so feel free to correct me, but this knife was part of my Asphalt Inspector course today, likely used to show the scale of the damage to the roadway. 

I was probably the only one in the class that paid more attention to the knife than the asphalt!

I'd have used a 91mm SAK, both because that's likely what I'd have on me and that it's a much more exact unit of measurement!

Or a multitool with the ruler etched on the outside!   :multi:
