Thankful to be on this forum,  and looking forward to being an active member.   I am a avid Swiss Army fan and collector of sorts.  Really enjoy the functionality and usefulness as a EDC tool and in many of the kits I build for various purposes.  I especially like to collect military oriented Swiss Army items.   I live in Boise, Idaho and I am a disabled veteran of multiple branches of the military.  My goal on the forum is to be as helpful as the people on here have been to me already.  They helped me figure out model names of a couple of early SAK's that I own.

Welcome to the only forum that matters!

From your avatar (and the disabled part!) I'm going to assume you did at least a short stint in rescue.  A billion years ago that was what I intended to do- SAR Tech in the Canadian military.

Unfortunately I started breaking things (like my knee) prior to enlisting and never made it.  Now I'm just disabled without having had to jump out of perfectly good aircraft!

I'm looking forward to hearing some stories!
