Well I don’t know if it’s my internet or my phone but that last photo just would not post. Looks like it’s working now?

And an edit:  Gary sent a message reminding about the photo so that means the post went up while my phone thought it was still loading.  Here I am sitting twiddling my thumbs!

Nice photo, Banana.  Which model Leatherman is that?  One of my photos absolutely would not load last week, no matter what I did.  Like you, I'm not sure why.  Best wishes.  G

Thanks for sending the message.  It’s a ‘94 PST.  Nothing special about it except its scratches.  It was fairly clean when I got it a couple years ago and seen some good use.

Had to do some sewing repair on our couch.  Figured I could make it last a bit longer before the wife requests a newer version.

More scissor use today. Nothing too special... but the compact size is surprisingly useful.

 Day 8

The 'Champ' and I were ringside for the fights.  Smashing Hooligan beat the elastic out of Mighty Max's shorts over three rounds till the referee stopped the contest.  They were having to duct tape Max's shorts to keep them up for the last round anyway.  'Champ' sat close to the action and made cat calls.  At least I could see over him.  Best wishes.  G

Day 8:

Midnite Minichamp accompanied by a ‘97 PSTII.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Today the MC proved it’s much more capable than I think I expected entering the challenge.

The main blade was able to precisely cut various weather stripping widths. Scissors did not do such a great job.  I also used the ruler on the small driver to measure depth of the deadbolt lock.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

One thing I really want is the LED to illuminate the drivers. I could’ve used it on some under cabinet screws. Also used the Phillips and scoopula on a tea light.

I noticed that friend Explorer was absent from roll call, but figured I wouldn't snitch on him.  To tell the truth, I was looking forward to some Bella photos.  Well, things happen, and you have to do what you have to do.
I put some snacks out for the vermin.  And a camera.  We will see what comes.  When I first got a trail camera, there was something digging holes in my yard.  I figured some insectivore.  Skunk, raccoon, who knows?  The camera solved that puzzle the first night.  Gray fox.
Might need to do a little outside work tomorrow.  Before the weather gets bad.  I am still carrying my red MiniChamp.  I thought about changing it into a blue MiniChamp but haven't done it yet.  Best wishes.  G

I don't think I've ever seen a grey fox.  I've seen plenty coyotes though.

Day 8

Minichamp assisted with unwrapping our doggo's food.

Day 8

Finally used the cuticle pusher tool! I think it was Grand Banana who mentioned using it for a screw and I gave it a try on some plug covers I installed after a repairing drywall and tiles. It worked perfectly for small slotted screws.  A new discovery!!

It's unfortunate that Explorer had to bow out. I, too, was looking forward to Bella photos. Here's hoping that everything falls into place properly.

Day 9

A little spring that comes out of the hill behind my house.  Where does it go?  Let's see..... We can do a 'flow chart'.  From the hill to Mashburn Branch, the Cullasaja River, Little Tennessee River, Tennessee River, Mississippi River, Gulf of Mexico.  Not all of it reaches there.  The deer and raccoons drink some of it.  Best wishes.  G

I haven't been hunting in years.  Still trying to get my bow arm back after some nerve issues.

Day 9

Had another watch I had to swap batteries out on.  I swear everyone's watch goes out at once.

Forgot to post this yesterday too.

Day 8

Had to take a sudden red-eye flight out of town yesterday and couldn't take any blades with me, so this is a make-up post. Just a shot of the MC after opening a package of sheets for laser cutting.

Day 9

When I got back tonight I found that apparently all of the packages I had incoming that were delayed throughout the week due to weather must have been delivered right after I left for the airport.

Day 9:

Internet was out last night, so this is from end of the day. Thankfully not a lot of use and a quiet day yesterday. In the PST thread I show using the file and Phillips driver.  All I did for house work was hang a coat rod.  For the MC, I could’ve gotten away with a signature lite using the scissors, nail file, blade, and pen and LED.

I can’t recall who suggested it to me. Maybe AzteCypher or Farmer X? Sorry, I can’t find it in the thread.

Plug covers would be the perfect use. I’ll have to try that.

Day 9

Had another watch I had to swap batteries out on.  I swear everyone's watch goes out at once.

I haven’t used my MC to open watches, but you’re right, I’ve got like 10 watches that need new batteries.

Flow chart... :D And somehow I wish I had a little spring behind my house.

:like:  I thought that was great too! We looked at a house with a stream that ran through the back of the lot. It would’ve been perfect if it wasn’t starting to erode… somewhere up river the flood plain flow changed.
