Wood carving with B/Bury with DIY wood carving blade
on: October 12, 2024, 06:11:58 PM
I found a rusty old jigsaw blade in the garden shed tool box.  Instead of throwing out, it was cut in half with a wire cutter, grinded on the electric grinder for 5 minutes, and then sharpened on the sharpening stone.  Clipped onto the B/Bury, it worked nicely wood carving.

But I believe B/Bury is now shipping with the blades clippable onto B/Bury, which would be handy to changeover to the new blade when the old goes dull.  Before the blades were not shipped with the B/Buty, and also hard to find to buy, hence had to make one for myself by DIYing with the old dull saw blade.

I was the same, but there are many great wood carving channels on youtube showing how to carve.  I have been following a few, and a few weeks later, I could try to carve. :)
