January Bond Challenge
on: November 23, 2024, 04:16:12 PM
Ok, let's give this a shot!  We had 8 votes for January... just 2 more and we have enough for a new Bond badge  :tu:

This challenge has the usual rules:
   - Carry a Bond for 30-days.
   - Try to use every tool on the Bond at least once.
   - Post a photo of your Bond everyday, either an action shot or a glamor shot.
   - Post a summary of your experience on the 30th day.

The Challenge Starts on the 1st of January and finishes on the 30th of January

I wound up passing my Bond on, but I'm curious to see what everyone who did PST challenge last month and the Bond challenge next month think of the experience.

I'll be ordering up a Bond (in silver; the two-tone ones just don't ring my bells) at the tail end of next week. Since I get a pretty good discount from Leatherman, it may be accompanied by a Skeletool as well.

I hate to be an enabler, but did you know the removable bit driver works well on the Bond Phillips?

And once you’ve got that, you can plug the ratchet driver into it.

You’re welcome!

I’m with you on the two to one Bonds. Three or four of the handle colours are okay on their own, but I’m not keen on them mixed. I’m sticking with my stainless.

I carry the bit card that has the Removable Bit Driver Adapter everyday in my work sheath whether or not I have a LM that it works for or not because it is such a great addition if I do carry one that does :salute: I have selected what bits that goes in the card anyways and they work for me :tu:

It was a game changer when I first got it and that is why I carried the ST300 and Rebar almost exclusively for so long
