Day 9

This is the Bond I engraved for my daughter on Christmas.  Her name is on the other side.

(Image removed from quote.)
That is stunning, one of a kind!

One very lucky daughter 😎
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Day 10

Venturing out into wilds for errands I put off awl week.
Now a storm is expected to drop snow again and keep the cold air  hanging around another week. (Low 20s)!

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Also, pondering a pocket clip for its new sibling!!!

Day 10

Bond with what I believe is a 1954 Parker Jotter.  That year had ribbed barrels, as does this one, and a trough style clip.
Rest in peace ColoSwiss, you will always be remembered.

Your BOND as always is stunning.

BUT, the PARKER JOTTER is just AMAZING!!!

One year after my birth.  I have NEVER seen one only read about.

Would it be possible to snap a few more pictures without the glare?   This maybe my only chance to see a clip design as special as this. Plus the RIBBED BARREL.

A great find.   I have several Parker’s, with the feathered clip, long, in 18 and 23k gold. And,! The just simple jotter was always my go to pen for journal, note pads and brief case spare.

I only have a few left now.  I had a custom late in my business deals to gift a pen to customer peers who complimented my writing instrument.   The Dutch execs would be estatic, and also always signed any deal I proposed concerning servicing their account.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Happy to share.  One photo looks like a crack, it was just a little fuzzy from a blanket or something.  Glad you like it.  It is my oldest Parker Jotter.

Day 10

A long day today sorting out my Mum’s stairlift and boiler (why do things always break down when it’s -4 C?), and now it’s time to start a night shift.
