Kaevin, my pray and best wishes for the passing of your board. I can only imagine how important it must be, as it reminds me when 30 years ago I passed my board certification; a proud moment.

Thanks  Kaevin, It was a project from a few years ago. Knife is a Benchmade 940. I replaced the green aluminum scales for the bass scales. Benchmade anodized the titanium backspacer purple. I removed the anodization with sandpaper. I also replaced the hardware on the scales for titanium hardware. On the blade I replaced the thumb studs for brass ones. I also changed  the black oxide beaver tail clip to a stainless Bugout clip. It was a fun little project.

The Boss Lady bought a second hand golf cart to use around the yard, yesterday, so I had to order one of those portable garages to keep it in.  It's due in by the end of the month.

I'm finding, now, that in my olden years, that I don't use my tools as much as before.  Could be that things have been fixed properly by now.  Still,  I'm carrying my PowerPint as well as a MiniChamp every day.  Back when we kept my oldest granddaughter almost all the time there was almost an endless list of things that needed to be fixed.
On a side note, our portable garage for the golf cart is scheduled for delivery tomorrow.  I might need some larger tools than the SOG.

It's hit or miss for me PitCarver.  There's times I use my multitools a lot, then I enter a Challenge and suddenly I can't find a use  :facepalm:  In all seriousness, I use a blade and scissors more than anything else these days.
