Here's the 711L.

I like that one a lot.  There is also the 711L flavor that has a lanyard/ring hole at the end of the handle instead of the bit driver.  Tough choice (for me) between the two.

Thanks for the green pepper pic.  We have a trend going.   :salute:

Day 9:

Third day in a row of new stuff. This time a bit  (see what I did there?) cheaper.

I just got a craftsman 1/4” drive to 1/4” bit adapter. I didn’t know these things existed, but it basically lets you convert your 1/4” drive ratchet into a bit ratchet, albeit it is taller so would require more clearance. It’s basically a 1/4” socket but with a retention spring.

Not bad for $6.

Day 9:
Elna Lotus t sp maintenance, which boasts a mix of Phillips and Pozidrive screws (quite a pain with the ratchet, so I finished with a Wera 813R instead

DAY 9

Excellent pics and uses awl  :tu:
I have very little offer again today  :dunno: I can't carry at work and there's nothing left to adjust at home (except my attitude, apparently  :twak:)

Just a Vic' type thing and a watch  ::)

Day 9 of 30

I found this kit at Lowes before Christmas  Kobalt stuff is usually pretty nice these days :woohoo: It isn't hardly as smooth ratcheting as the Klein stuff but it definitely works :salute:

Day 9

I was putting some groceries in the backseat of my pickup and saw something I had completely forgotten about:

(Image removed from quote.)
Milwuakee 27-in-1 Ratcheting Screwdriver

It was company Christmas gift. I put it in my truck to have on hand when I do maintenance work at my daughter's home and then it passed from my mind  :dunno:

I have some similar things next couple days  :like: :like:

Day 8:

Not sure if anyone else uses these.  I got it at Harbor Freight.  Not high quality, but it is kinda cool.

1/4 inch ratcheting socket driver with a pivoting head that can be used inline or normal.

Day 10

Rujoi Flex head. Also t-handle. Quite good, but a little long. I'd like to see a short flex head t-handle ratchet.

Somebody else showed off a bent handle flex head, so here's my craftsman one...
Found it probably 10y ago, on the side of the road with a strip of torx bit sockets.

Day 10:

4 days in a row of new stuff  And it will be returned like the others.

Picked up the $15 craftsman ratchet at Lowe’s to try out. I like the price, and the head seems pretty solid, but that’s about it.

It’s a bit too short, imo. And the selector lever is plastic, which I don’t like. Biggest issue is that twice now it has locked up and won’t turn or allow you to change direction. After manipulating it a bunch, it’s eventually un-stuck, but definitely doesn’t instill much confidence.

Couple of pics of the ratchet and one with fun with adapters.

Day 10

Remove the brackets and install them lower such that the biggest pan can go in.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]
Tried to remove with an L adaptor. It just started stripping the screw head...  so go back and use hand tool instead.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]
The sk11 is good for inital loosening. While its easier to apply pressure to install with inline ratchet.

The last bracket was the right deeper one. Kind of hard to drive as I am right handed. So it was fixed with the bosch. For all others were done with the vessel 220 and leatherman.

All in place.

You could start tomorrow, for example, as your Day 1, and go for 30 days.  I think that would be fine.   :salute:

I have a similar one. Not Chapman though. It has quite some play as well.

Day 10 of 30

Can't believe we are already 1/3 the way through with this challenge  :ahhh

I have a small Milwaukee ratcheting stubby screwdriver today that has built in bit storage in the handle

It is an ok design but you have to have a bit to access another bit easily. It can be done without one but it isn't the best  :D

The ratcheting is also a bit rough compared to Klein :salute:

Early shift at work today (4am)  ::)
I awlso collected a new work phone. I hate Android stuff  :bnghd: :crash: (I know others love it  :pok: :twak:)

Used the B/O Surge that sits with one of the Ratchety things to open the box but, other than that, no uses  :dunno:

I've shown this combination years ago this is how I used to carry this in my bag.
The Craftsman ratchet, a GatorGrip pin socket, hex to 3/16 adapter, and a Craftsman bit spinner.
