Day 14

Here's a weird one (lazy day, barely left the house, might as well carry/show something fun), the Golf Tool. Sizewise, it's right around 91mms, but it uses the 74mm tools, plus a ball marker, slidable divot fork, and (I think) the comboiest of all combo tools (file, tee punch, groove cleaner, bottle opener). Kind of surprised they didn't slide a pen in there to keep score.
Because you do not use PeN on score cards. Pencils so you may alter if a mistake is made.
Or, you miscount.
If I start and end the day above ground, it is a good day!

Hope yours is as good!

Used the scissors to cut some tape. Sorry, no action shot.

Nearly half way through the challenge and I haven't needed either tape or paperclip. I haven't even needed to clip any papers.   :(

DAY 14  I was so tired at the end of the day, I forgot to post the new creation.  Paperclip and tape added to my loaded Spartan (ferro rod, pin, eyeglass screwdriver, tinder, small GITD disc).

DAY 15  I'm having withdrawal symptoms from not carrying a 4 layer.  Fixing that today with a Fieldmaster and extra MacG card.

    Day 15

There have been some changes in the approach of the AI demon in the way it has been trying to tempt me.  Some of you might remember about the attempts to lure me with promised bikini snapshots of Demi and my love Dana.  Since that failed, the latter method was to try younger specimens.
Since I didn't bite, or click on that temptation, now the AI fiend has decided that what I desire most is a blonde.  Megyn Kelly, news purveyor of some sort, I think.  Bikini photos that I have to see to believe.  Also Taylor.  No last name.  I think she is a singer.  Same bikini bait.
It isn't all cuties in these MTo ads.  Sometimes it is G-Shocks.  Don't have to click on that to see the photos either.  All their loveliness is there to behold.  Beautiful faces and curves.  No bikinis at all.  Now that's temptation.
I wonder if Dana likes Casio watches?  Cute little slim tan arm with a Baby-G on it.  Maybe a nice pink one and some matching pink lip gloss?  Plaid robe and bunny slippers.  Coffee heating in the pot.  Now you're talking.
Time for a MacGyver photo before I forget why I am here.  Best wishes. G

💥DAY 14💥

I've really been enjoying carrying this red PX.
there's just something about the specific tint of the red on this one- it's very 80s SAK nostalgic and the three layer thickness is just wonderful.

Day 12:

Some actual SAK use! I was replacing my car’s bumper cover. I used the tip of the Executive’s nail file to pop out some plastic fasteners.

DAY 15

Some morning leather work, simple leather loop keyrings...the SAK Spartan helped cut leather strips, just wish I had a swisschamp, rather the old champion, as I needed pliers.

 Hi Gra,
If you aren't doing anything next month, you could join in on the Keychain multi-tool challenge.  Our friend Barry Rowland is hosting it, and friend ReamerPunch is signed up so there will likely be a new badge.  Not too many signed up yet, but that could change as time grows nearer.  I know you are pretty busy with things.  Could be fun.  Best wishes (as always)  Gary

Hi Steele,
I think the Recruit is hard to beat for a daily carry.  I had a couple of them, but they got away from me.  No backtools makes for a comfortable user, and you can't even tell it is in your pocket.  Good job on your photos.  Best wishes.  G

Day 15

SPARTAN is selected carry today. Then while have blood draw I noticed my right frame arm on glasses was not sitting level.   So when I got back home, and retrieved another pair of glasses, yep.  Screw had backed out hanging by a thread.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

The cork screw mini driver saved the day.  But, damn still no good unless I had my other pair within reach

I don't mind vegetarian meals (did it for awhile in college, consider going back sometimes), but the MRE ones are all pretty gross.
Veggie burger with barbecue sauce was good, but mostly because of the sauce (they gave you a little veggie burger with the sauce). Based solely on the Steve1919MREInfo videos I've seen, the newest vegetarian MREs are unfit for human consumption.

The blade helped opening the child free package and prying the old battery out.
I hate the child-resistant packaging on coin cell batteries! :td:

Or, you miscount.
Arnold Palmer once said "I have an easy tip that can take five strokes of anyone's game. It's called an eraser."

Fixing that today with a Fieldmaster and extra MacG card.
:like: I had a couple of those, but they seem to have disappeared. What did I do with them?

Now the AI fiend has decided that what I desire most is a blonde.  Megyn Kelly, news purveyor of some sort, I think.
She doesn't ring my bells, either. This AI fiend is a bad matchmaker!

More great work, y'awl!

Day 15
The tweezers came in handy pulling a pricker out of my finger and the scissors cut some out of Fisher’s fur.

Luckily I didn’t need the knife, because I didn’t change out my SAK after spending most of the day in a no weapon (including knife) building.
