Hello JonesE, thank you, will try it and make report about results. What i can say now it's awesome tool like old Schrade ST or Bear & Son not EDC toy but good working tool.

Yeah hope it will help to somebody. Thanks for hospitality! Gerber was my first not chinese multitool and it was MP600 so i'm big fan of Gerber frontal pliers tools (but sog tools too). So i gather up few evolution models MP-MP600-Center Drive. Long time watch this forum but only now decide to join.

Finally purchased a MP600 Blunt Nose to keep my Mr Pinchy company. 30 years apart and still in great condition.

Some 1990's Mr. PInchys. Made right here in Tigard, Oregon (same zip code as Portland)  about 2 miles from where I live. The SS Needlenose version was my Father's. BO bluntnose is it's fraternal twin.
