More great pics Jones and pn
Gotta love those diamond files and I think that diamond sharpening plates are made with the same or a very similar process the the LM diamond files

Just keeping it real here - the ARC is not a good whittler. The blade - which is sharp - just sticks in the wood. Maybe it sticks because of the blade coating, or the acute angle of the primary grind. Or both. On thick cardboard, it was also not a good slicer, prolly for the same reasons. On thin cardboard, it sliced it easily.

Just trying to figure out how to link a video of Mrs. Powernoodle revealing what may - or may not - be a prototype of the Leatherman ARC v2. Thanks.

Powernoodle Day 19
I repented for yesterday's "healthful" brownie with collard greens and sweet potatoes. Opened both bags with the ARC. Also had leftover chicken breasts topped with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
Add garlic, onions and a dash of liquid smoke if it suits you.
The sweet potato slices were sprayed with olive oil, and sprinkled moderately with cinnamon and a little salt. Baked on parchment paper at 425 degrees for 40 minutes until they turned into what is effectively a caramelized, creamy superfood dessert. These are
Powernoodle Approved.

Thank you, sire. I need to prepare sweet potatoes more often, as they fall into the categories of both yummy and good for you.

Day 18
Just trying to catch up. Ended up with a migraine yesterday and pretty much lost the day. But still had the Arc and 550SBK with me. Did loose my balance due to taking some migraine meds and fell and jammed my left middle finger. Some days you wish you could just start over.
I will post up later this afternoon with day 19. Still getting caught up from loosing a day.

Migraines are unfun. I just get (rare) baby migraines that cause a blob of shimmering static to float through my field of vision, followed by a very mild headache. No big deal unless its the first time and you think you are dying.
Hope you recover quickly.

Thanks PN.
When I was a teenager I would get cluster headaches which would come and go. Then in my 20 it got worse and I had to go and get medication for migraines. They are not as bad as they were 30 years ago and not as frequent. Still not fun. The medication does help, but you pretty much loose a day regardless.
