Day 3
Office carry for me today. Went with a Never Summer Native 5 from Spyderco and the Free P4 today.

Nice combination!

I can't imagine moving again :ahhh

Yeah I hear it is up there on the stress meter with changing jobs, getting a divorce and death - none of which I have done so far.   :ahhh

Bonus pic for today. An unfamiliar white substance has made its appearance here in Puget Sound over night for the first time this winter season. Neighbor kids across the street are very excited and built a miniature snowman. Possibly more snow to come over the next week. Then rain.

3 days into the Modular Tool Challenge. My Roxon Flex and Companion work great, but really missing having my Arc in pocket...

You're right!  I was stationed at Ft Lewis for 6 years off and on in the '90's.  We lived in Steilacoom and Lacey.  I think it might have snowed twice!

Powernoodle Day 4

I shortened the shoe strings on some On Cloud trainers as you lads over there would say.  I sealed the ends with a lighter.  The ARC cut them easily.  The P4 could not cut them at all - the strings kept binding up.  Each scissor seemed the same in terms of blade sharpness and pivot looseness.  Maybe it was user error.

I've never done a challenge. But I'm confused, are you saying you cannot carry the arc during the challenge? I thought you would be more likely to carry the tool continuously during a challenge

I've run into that with scissors too.  Everything seemed identical and yet I couldn't get one pair to cut.

The Arc doesn't qualify as a Modular Tool and I'm committed to the challenge, so I am carrying the Roxon Flex as my EDC for the month.

Completely understandable.  You can still post glamour shots of your ARC here whenever you want.

You are right.  You carry and use the challenge MT, and post a daily pic.  Kev is already doing a different challenge, so he needs to carry and post pics of a non-ARC for that challenge.

I'll try and figure out photo attachments, but these are legit and should be in the hands of someone who wants them.

I will sell them

There is a forum on MTO for that, so don't post it here or a moderator will move it.     :tu:

Dropping in for a quick post.

I’m in a very luxurious holiday cottage in a beautiful (but wet) part of Wales.

Building my first Meccano model in almost 40 years with the Leatherman P2 to help out.

Could have done with an extra hand or two (or maybe a Crunch).

Whoops, sorry. I couldn't figure out how to remove the post. But I reported myself to the mod and posted in the proper spot. Thanks for the heads up

Day 4

Went with the arc today. Didn’t get any action shots today. I did use the cutters in the jaw to cut the nozzle on a tube of caulk to do some window that I trimmed out the other day.
