Day 2

Awlways carry my Field Book notebook with it's olive leather case along with my mostly green fountain pen.  It helps when I need to make note of something and I'm not at my desk.  Also helps my wife not get mad... at me... by writing down what she asked me to pick up from the store.

Day 3

Benchmade Weekender

This version sports green canvas micarta handles and S30V steel.

Kudos to Benchmade for putting out a design with multiple blades in a premium steel.  This is an underserved market segment IMO.

Unfortunately, the design leaves some things to be desired.  Overall, it’s unnecessarily bulky given the blade lengths.  It’s not particularly comfortable in pocket; lack of a pocket clip may have been a mistake.  It may be my personal bias, but when each blade has a dedicated back spring anyway, I would prefer all blades be full length (i.e. as much blade as will fit in the handle); shorter blades at that point just create wasted space for no real benefit.

Then there is the bottle opener.  It works OK, but why?

Interesting piece of kit.

I try to standardize so that I don’t have to carry around multiple different size batteries.

Day 4

There's no good reason to keep a knife hanging next to my bed in the camper, but it fits nicely there. And it's green!

The CKRT Minimalist series are great cheap, small, knives. Just enough blade to do some real work, small enough to throw in a small kit, neck carry, etc.

:iagree:  Even though I lights requiring different batteries, as far as carry I usually stick to AAA and CR123

Thanks to some encouragement from BPRoberts and an early trip to my storage unit, I'm able to play some catch-up and jump into the fray!

Day 1

The green Classic has been getting lots of pocket time lately, primarily because I don't know where the BTCSD (Bijou Turned Classic SD) is.

[ You are not allowed to view this attachment ]

Day 2

This Zebra fountain pen may be predominantly black, but its ink is green. Here it was used to write out a list of the recently released Lego collectible F1 cars.

Day 3

This cigarette case was pulled from the surprise box.

I use it to hold gift cards and similarly sized things that are important but not needed on a daily basis.
