Day 30That is a fantastic photo, Barry. You should absolutely put it up for consideration in the calendar thread. Thanks to Barry for hosting and to all the participants and followers who made this month go by so quickly. Closing out the month with the PowerDuo. This has been my desk tool since I got it, and the super thin and pointy pliers head has seen many projects from Zippo maintenance to wire twisting to paracord knotting. It was discontinued because the scales cracked at the screw holes on every one of them. It is essentially a 111mm SAK with pliers and I wish they would bring it back with better scales (maybe titanium) and maybe add a saw or file, and scissors.
It's been a fun month doing the SOG Power challenge. Big shout-out to our host , Barry, for bringing us along. Today we're doing a key fob for the cart key. Hopefully, the orange will be easy to find.
Day 30Just wanted to,give a huge shout out to Barry for hosting the challenge. I also, wanted to thank Alan, PitCarver, and Kaevin for participating in the challenge. It was great to see what everyone was getting up to during the month. I wanted to thank Alan for introducing me to the Power Duo. I know it has been out for a while, but I don’t have much knowledge of SOG or its products so it was great to learn of this interesting Multitool.By far the most prolific carry’s for this month seemed to be the PowerPint. It seems that this mighty little tool performed admirably. The next was the PowerLock, a true robust workhorse, followed by the steak and capable P3.Thanks for having me along.JonesE
Day 28Meanwhile p3 followed me another long day, out for 17 hours.Tightened the piler to frame screws a bit last night.
Thanks for being here JonesE, and bringing back some memories of beautiful Washington State!
It was truly an honor of participating with you, Alan, Kaevin, and PitCarver! I hope to do,a challenge with you all again soon.JonesE
