That's about what they usually go for when the wholesale clubs get them, so a decent deal (if you want a Rev, it's definitely the budgetiest of the budget line). Sometimes they throw in a pocket knife too if you're lucky.

In the era of quality but inexpensive Chinese MTs, something like the Bibury 19-in-1 at $29.99 - a Wave clone more or less - is arguably an even better value.  And it was recently $24.99.
