I have both Champions and Champs available ;)

PM for details :D

Aren't they the same beast Neil?

Not quite.  The Champion doesn't have the pliers of the Swisschamp.  Also older Champions have a different small screwdriver and no chisel on the back.

Champion comes in many slight variations.  Saying you have a Champion is a bit like saying you have a Golfer :D

The modern Champion is the same as the Champ but minus the pliers layer. Going back through time you lose a few tools.  I think the most unusual one I have contains a full complement of backspring tools but the old style corkscrew.  Its not a unique item but the window of this variation's manufacture is very small and makes it quite a find if you collect them.
I'm not taking any more mod orders at present, sorry.

I would never forgive myself if I didn't buy it at this price. So I did! :D

I've been carrying my Spirit X most days with a Champ in my bag.  I feel that most eventualities are covered. :D

I have a older Champ with no hook and straight pin and narrow pliers. It is a great tool i find it very handy. I have been carrying it in a belt pouch with my Wave with a pocket clip. I find myself using the Champ pliers more than the wave pliers.

I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.
