Poor guy didn't have any work to do today. Here he is just hanging out on the isopod enclosure.

Powernoodle Day 7

Classic shortcoming - no bottle opener.  Had to use the Screwpop utility knife, which includes a bottle opener.  The Screwpop is one of my favorite EDC toys, which gets used for vivisecting Amazon boxes.

Day 7

This is a Classic I bought a few years ago because I liked the little forklift logo.
Rest in peace ColoSwiss, you will always be remembered.

DAY 6: The Stayglow saw quite a bit of use today helping to reassemble some flow meters. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get an in use shot.

DAY 7: I needed to break into a pack of bacon for breakfast this morning, and was able to zip right through with the SG.

I also found a Classic I had completely forgotten about, hiding in the recesses of my desk drawer. So, I guess I can switch it up at some point.

a pack of bacon

"Thick cut", i.e., "normal cut" is the only way to go.  Regular bacon is so paper thin that it shreds when you remove it from the package, and disappears when you cook it.  I have issued a Bacon Edict that only thick cut bacon shall be allowed at the Powernoodle Compound.

As much as I'd love to only ever buy thick cut, unfortunately it depends on cost and whether there's any left at the grocery store.

:iagree: And I had a Yale forklift mug that served me exceedingly well for nearly ten years. There are photos of that mug in an "and coffee" thread or two.
