Thanks for joining and I enjoyed your pictures and thorough overviews. For snap-off, only have two Olfas, and a Tajima, and my no name cheap stuff. I'll look around and get more brands. And more Olfa.

I can definitely see myself picking up an Olfa, too. And I'm kinda hoping RP didn't drag me into the Engineer Rabbit Hole. :D

I'm just posting my stuff...

In all seriousness, thePZ-57 tiny one with black handles is just great. Ergonomics, gripping strength, design. It's something that you won't use all the time, but once you need it, you really need it.

I'm not saying go buy one. I am saying that Amazon Japan has amazing prices. The PZ-22, the cheapest Engineer screw plier, is down at $6 US. And they have a massive stock of Engineer things that I have not seen in Amazon US or Aus. And PB Swiss, SK11, Anex, Vessel, Tone, Wera, it's crazy. And two options for shipping: regular, and DHL expedited. My 4 orders have taken 4-5 days from ordering, to my door.

The PZ-58, the most popular model, was $30 USD a year ago. I got it at $22, a couple weeks ago I saw it at $17. I've seen all of them drop in price. That's why I got almost all Engineer standard models.

But I'm not saying go buy one. Definitely don't go buy one. ::)

Seriously, if you are curious and want one just to have, go and watch some reviews on the different models. Last Best Tool has some nice reviews on most models.

If you see Vampliers reviews, Engineer is the OEM and they make the same models under their own brand, so if you want a Vamplier, Engineer will have the same exact tool for around 2/3 the price, probably lower.

Finally got to use the cigar cutter on the Valet Auto Strop.  It did a decent job but I need to work on my technique for next time.

D400 is excellent in cutting curves, can easily rotate while cutting to follow the direction of the curve.

Opening a can of paint with the Tajima. The tip is solid enough.
