Day 16

Had to work on the blade edge a bit. After getting it nice and sharp I used it to prepare a roaster for beer can chicken. While the chicken was in the oven my Cadet got a good bath.

My neighbour Rajish brought this over for me. He celebrates Hindu festivals quite loudly, drumming and chanting etc, so always feels a bit guilty I think. I don’t mind at all and enjoy it as I tell him, anyway it was delicious

I don't remember what I actually hit, just that my thumb hurt a lot afterwards.  I ended up splitting my nail so between the superglue and the nail file, I managed to keep my nail intact so that it won't catch on anything and continue splitting down the middle.
