Ruler on the back of the file is something I’ve not seen before. Or is that a common feature on Chinese MTs and I’m just clueless?

It does seem like the ruler would be a lot more useable that way than what you commonly see with the scale being etched on the handles. Whether that makes up for only having one side for filing I’m not sure.

I'd only buy it from Walmart if it was sold through Walmart.  I ordered one that was sold by one of their third party vendors and it was totally crap and not even close to either the discriptioon or the photos.
